The most common cancellation on the phone is: “I don’t think this is for me, I get claustrophobic.” Most of the time that is not true, because the idea of an escape room is wrong: no cellar hole, no locked door, no actors touching you. Here are the facts so you can decide for yourself.

How cramped are the rooms?

Our rooms are themed, but they are rooms, not boxes. Six people move around in them without bumping into each other. Some rooms have a second area that you open during the game, which adds space. Nobody has to crawl through narrow openings.

Is it dark?

In five of six rooms it is bright enough to read. Only The Ring is a horror room with darkness and jump scares; we recommend it from 16 and only if everyone wants it. If you are afraid of the dark, take one of the other five.

Can I get out?

At any time. The door is never really locked. The game master sees and hears you via camera and radio and opens immediately when you say so. The game continues for the others; you can wait at the bar or come back in.

What the game master does for you

  • Say before the game who is nervous. They will give hints earlier and keep an eye on that person.
  • You can agree on a code word at which they open the door without you having to explain.
  • Anyone who only wants to watch the first time can be in the room without solving puzzles.

Pregnant, with children, with disabilities

Pregnant players can play all rooms except The Ring without concern; there is no need for strength or fast movements. Children from 12 play on their own, younger ones with an adult. Entrance, toilets and lounge are wheelchair-accessible; whether a specific room suits, we clarify on the phone on +41 44 431 10 27.
